Located: On the shore of Loch Broom,
north west of Inverness. From Inverness and the South, head north over the
suspension bridge sign posted for Wick (A 9) and Ullapool (A 835). Take the
Ullapool turning for the A 835 and head through Garve. Ullapool lies 55
miles from Inverness and is signposted frequently as it is the main ferry
link in the area. From Wick and the North follow the A9 south towards
Inverness. A few miles north of Inverness the road branches off for Ullapool
signposted for Stornoway ferry. At Ullapool approach follow the road down
into the village and straight along harbour front. The main car park for the
ferry is on the right directly opposite the terminal. Additional drop off
and pick up points are in front of the main terminal for
cars and coaches.
Cramped but ample traffic marshalling area / hydraulically operated linkspan

terminal office with ticket sales, toilets, vending machines and large
waiting room / new coach alighting area in front of terminal / large staff,
crew and stores building
