 TERMINAL INFORMATION
Located: As one of only two ways off the island, Port Ellen is well signposted from all over the island. There is a good road linking the town with Port Askaig, Bowmore and other main towns on the island. The terminal at Port Ellen is located just near the fish pier and is accessed by taking the turning at the Islay Hotel (currently boarded up)

 Terminal Facilities:
Relatively small vehicle marshalling area adjacent to the linkspan / separate wagon marshalling area / adjustable linkspan is the main ferry berth but there is also a second berth which comprises a concrete ramp / passenger gangway is suitable for ferries at either berth / terminal office with ticket counters, toilets and waiting room is located near linkspan
