Located: From whichever end of the
island you are travelling from, the main road will lead you straight to
Craignure. The ferry terminal cannot be missed as it is the main feature of
the village. Be careful when driving on Mull - many of the roads are single
track, although there have been recent improvements between Salen and
Tobermory in the north.
2 vessel berths - one at the linkspan and one on the adjacent side of the
pier / single hydraulically operated linkspan / main terminal building on
one level, incorporating ticket sales, tour information, toilets, waiting
area and information desk - can be found across the road / adjustable mobile
passenger gangway - can be moved and raised to suit the tide and the vessel
at the berth / passenger shelter stretching along the pier for the frequent
inclement weather
