REMARKS:
During the war, she had an electro-magnetic coil round her belting to
counter the threat of magnetic mines which U-boats were sowing in the North
Channel. She was withdrawn in 1970, she briefly saw service from Fleetwood
to Isle of Man before being broken up in 1997 after been used as a floating
pub in Bristol.
